The problem was never the expertise. It was that the expertise had no name, no structure, and no way to travel beyond the person who held it. It lived in how they thought, what they prioritised, and what they instinctively knew to question. Valuable — and invisible.
Quartz Ripple exists to fix that.
The Creative Integration Method is the framework I developed over 25 years of creative work to help experienced creatives do three things: articulate what they actually know, build something from it, and make it work without them having to be present every time.
I hold a PhD and a Graduate Certificate in Research Commercialisation. I have worked with creative professionals across design, UX, brand strategy, filmmaking, photography, marketing, and writing — helping over 100 practitioners find language for what they do, and approximately 40 build independent income from it.

What I do
I work with experienced creative professionals across four tracks — IP Commercialisation, Web Systems, Client Acquisition, and Visual Systems. Every engagement starts with the Expertise to IP session, which identifies where you are in the Creative Integration Method and what the right next step is.
