What does “systems” mean in plain language?

Systems are the behind-the-scenes structure that makes your business easier to run:

What tools do you use?

Typically: My client portal, Notion, Framer and automation tools (e.g. Make/Zapier), forms (e.g. Tally), email platforms, scheduling tools, and AI tools where appropriate.

If you already have a stack, I can usually work with it — or recommend a simpler version.

Do I need to be “techy”?

No. You do need to be willing to follow steps and make decisions.
If you want low cognitive load, a done-for-you or done-with-you path will suit you better than DIY.

No one can guarantee outcomes because results depend on your market, offer, and execution — but I do guarantee a high-integrity process, clear deliverables, and professional follow-through.

Do you do refunds?
